Its beautiful location on the outskirts of historic Knutsford is just a 10 minute drive from junction 19 of the M6, 20 minutes from Manchester Airport and only a 40 minute journey via road or rail to Manchester and Chester.
Guests can expect a warm welcome from its owner and housekeeper as well as; a welcome ‘essentials’ hamper, fresh linen, cleaning and grocery delivery service, Sky TV, DVD/CD player and Wi-Fi broadband.

Recently restored to its former glory this 1930's country house oozes period character and charm in its drawing room with a contemporary finish elsewhere in the house. The African tea plantation inspired architecture makes it a surprise quirk on the Cheshire landscape.
The house and 10 acre grounds are available as a filming and photographic location. There is ample parking for film crews.
Onsite accommodation can also be reserved for cast and crew members.

Weddings
Overlooking a tranquil lake and the Cheshire plains with one of the finest homes in the county as its backdrop Moss Wood provides a unique wedding location.
It boasts an orchard, secret garden and ancient woodland with ample flat space to erect a marquee. Wedding planners and couples can expect Moss Wood to give them total flexibility and privacy with its experienced owner on hand to advise on practicalities.
The wedding party have the option to stay in the main house and outlying Stables and Summerhouse apartments.
A place of interest
Providing the inspiration for Elizabeth Gaskell’s acclaimed Cranford, Knutsford is a gem of a market town boasting; Italianate architecture, many restaurants, bars and cafes as well as an eclectic mix of independent shops and a charming indoor market. Tatton Park with its imposing mansion and 1000 acres of deer parkland is on the doorstep and other regional attractions and cities can be easily reached with good road and rail links.
