As ever Knutsford and the surrounding areas are brimming with festive activities to visit and enjoy. A few of our favourites are below, and of course you’ll need somewhere to stay…
Cosy up in one of our woodland lodges this Christmas and leave the chain hotels far behind you as you wake to the sounds of wildlife, and a view over the picturesque countryside.
The event will feature 50 different Gins, from local, national and international distilleries, all perfectly served with the distillers recommended tonic and garnish. It’s time to raise your glass and say “chin-chin” to the finest gins!
Wander beneath tree canopies drenched in seasonal colour and dripping with shards of light, frosty snowflakes, stars and baubles. New for 2018, the Dunham Massey winter trail is a place where fairy tale meets fantasy. Glowing trees rise high into the night sky and lead you on a path towards hundreds of colour-changing globes. There’ll be hidden surprises too – watch out for bubbles on the bridge before you stroll through playful ribbons of colour-changing lights and stop at the scented fire garden to take in the sights and smells.
Knutsford Christmas Market is a Two Day Festive Street Market that takes place at the beginning of December each year. On Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd December 2018, the Christmas Market will return. This Market will feature over 100 Traders who will be selling the Finest Foods, Drinks, Crafts and Gifts; the perfect place to start your Christmas Shopping. The Market runs from 12:00pm to 7:00pm on Saturday 1st December and 11:00am to 4:00pm on 2ND December 2018. With Live Entertainment, Hot Food and Mulled Wine – There’s no better what to get in the Festive Spirit.

Enjoy a visit to the Christmas Mansion followed by a wonderful festive concert by Northern Chamber Orchestra. This year the NCO will delight audiences with a mixture of popular classical music and festive favourites.
